The government looked for reasons to not employ black people. Just like most white people used the term "NIGER" in every day conversations like it was normal and racial segregation was everywhere. I don't blame him for trying to change things. Makes me laugh that people hide behind other reasons to not like him, why not just come out and say “I don't like him because he’s black” and let everyone know your just a raciest pig. If things where that bad for white people in the 1960's we would have been trying to change things too. Drugs like I said in the 1960's it was a different time.
