I guess redistributing the wealth only applies to the common people while the dear party leaders dine on champagne and caviar.
I don’t know if it’s true, but it would be funny if it is.

I love all the blame being dumped on the source in the retraction. What about the newspaper and the journalist who wrote the piece taking some responsibility? Such a nonapology.

It’s funny how the news papers have to retract a story that may not be totally accurate about Michelle Obama, but they keep ripping into Sarah Palin because the Republican party bought her some new clothes. Too bad Sarah isn’t as rich as Michelle Obama and able to spend thousands of dollars on a dress.

It is not just that it might not be totally accurate, she wasn’t in NY at the time, so far it seems it is totally inaccurate. In fact it appears to be a complete and utter lie.
At least with Sarah Palin there seems to be more than some anonymous rumour. While I think it is pretty irrelevant stuff I don’t see it as being very unfair to talk about this. And using phrases like “some new clothes” is a bit misleading isn’t it? In a few months it has been $150000 of new cloths.

Sarah Palin has said that they are not her clothes. She is going to donate them to charity as soon as she’s done with them. I don’t want to get in an argument about who are the elitists in this campaign, since it’s obviously the Obama’s.
