Looks like a guy with too much time on his hands is claiming that he has discovered an artificial structure on the planet Mars. His name is David Martines and he is calling what he discovered Bio Station Alpha because he assumes that someone or something is or has lived in this thing in the past. He says it is quite large, over seven hundred feet long and a hundred and fifty feet wide. You can watch the video and decide for yourself.
